Let’s face it; no one has all the answers. Society expects government and organizational leaders to have them, but where do they turn? They could spend hundreds, even thousands of hours (as we have) in research and contract development to try to find the best solution that will not break their budget. Alternatively, they could hire expensive consultants at a high cost to taxpayers. To us, either way its public dollars not being used productively.
FFABT has now created a singular access point for green effecient solutions. PGH's purpose is to provide free guidance and direct (no middlemen) access to efficient solutions to current environmental concerns while erasing current budget shortfalls. Our goal is to cut the waste out of green development in public facilities (no pun intended). By being the direct supplier of these solutions we have created a pipeline that increases the average ROI on solutions by up to 8 years. Additionally, we hope that this will allow a new segment of development to grow in communities across the United States and increase the efficiency of “green solutions” that are aligned with the federal agenda.
Recently, in April 2009, we finalized the initial solutions portfolio, named Project Green Help™, which we believe provides the greatest return on investment for publicly supported programs and facilities. FFABT launched this initial page to answer questions as we build a stable foundation of financial support for the cause. FFABT focus is in quality, well-tested solutions, that are in the growing stage of their product lifecycle, and have very high potential to reduce budgetary shortfalls while improving the LEED qualities of the facility.
